- Clients and partners must ensure safe and comfortable working conditions at all times.
- Talent must never be asked to engage in activities that are dangerous, degrading, or harmful to their health.
- Adequate breaks and rest periods are required during work.
- No person may be under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol in the workplace.
- Images or video involving nudity, lingerie, swimwear, or fur require prior written approval.
- Talent images and video may not be distorted or excessively altered.
- Behind-the-scenes content can only be captured with express permission, and never in situations where Talent has a reasonable expectation of privacy.
- Confidential information about Talent or agreements may not be disclosed without written consent.
